Shipping
Standard processing time: up to 7 business days for verification and handling.
Delivery timeframe: up to 10 additional business days after processing.
Orders do not ship on weekends.
Total estimated timeframe: 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase (not guaranteed).
Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground with signature required.
International orders (to select countries) are shipped via UPS. Rates are based on destination, order weight, and may include additional handling fees.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.
Customers are responsible for all claims regarding stolen, lost or damaged packages with the carrier. If reshipment is possible, buyers are responsible for additional shipping costs.
Return Policy
All sales are final — no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
In rare, exceptional cases, we may approve a refund at our sole discretion. If granted:
A 5% fee will be deducted.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued in USD at the exchange rate at the time of refund; buyers are responsible for any rate changes or bank fees.
Concerns about orders must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving your package.
Damages
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If there are damages or defects, notify our customer service team within 15 days and provide clear images and descriptions for review. Packaging is considered protective only and will not be replaced if damaged.
International Duty & Taxes
International buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. These charges are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. We transfer collected fees to UPS for processing your shipment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
State rates: 4%–7.25%
Additional local rates: 0–4.5%, depending on county/city. Shipping costs are also taxed where applicable.
No tax is charged on orders shipped outside these states.
